Promotional Communication Choices
You can opt out of receiving promotional emails and mailings by informing us of your preference at the time you sign up for an Advocate.Wine account or following the opt out instructions in the promotional emails or messaging we may send you. Similarly, you may opt in to receive text messages, telephone calls and mailings. Where our mobile applications may allow for the delivery of “push notifications" you can also opt out of receiving these notifications should they become active by toggling the “Notifications" switches within our mobile applications to "off." By downloading and using our mobile application, you may receive promotional messages, offers, news and information about Advocate.Wine or our business partners within the mobile application itself. These “in app" messages are part of our mobile application’s functionality and cannot be turned off. If you do not want to receive “in app" messages, offers, news and information, do not download or use our mobile application.
Please note that if you opt out of receiving promotional communications from us, we may still send you transactional communications, including emails about your accounts or purchases.
YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
If you are a California resident, you may ask us to refrain from sharing your information (whether collected online or offline) with our affiliates and other third-parties for direct marketing purposes. Please tell us your preference by contacting us as indicated in the "How to Contact Us" section of this Privacy Policy.
California Do Not Track Notice: because there are not yet common, industry accepted "do not track" standards and systems, our website and applications do not respond to Do Not Track signals.
